Our turmeric is grown on small farms in Telangana's fertile red-soil regions, where the rhizomes are allowed to mature through the full season before harvest. After sun-drying, each batch is stone-ground slowly — no high-heat roller mills that strip away the essential oils and dull the colour. What reaches you is a vivid, earthy powder with the bold aroma that should hit you the moment you open the pack.
